Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

Payment Terms

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Technical issues will be addressed through service credits rather than refunds.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Content and Intellectual Property

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Bible Translations

We use various Bible translations. Each translation is copyrighted by its respective publisher. You may not reproduce large portions of any translation without permission from the copyright holder.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Delivery of every call (carrier issues may occur)
• Exact call timing (may vary by up to 15 minutes)
• Compatibility with all phone carriers

We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

• Damages exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months

Religious Content Disclaimer

The Service provides Bible verses for inspirational and educational purposes. We are not a church, religious organization, or substitute for professional counseling or spiritual guidance. Consult qualified professionals for serious spiritual, mental health, or medical concerns.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bible Verse Calls from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For non-payment of fees
